The Army needs a small business to perform industrial hygiene surveys across 19 maintenance facilities. The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control to perform the surveys in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Request for Quote (RFQ) with a Base Year period and four (4) each Option Year periods. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced quote that meets the requirements.

The winner will be selected based on the lowest price technically acceptable.

  • When and how do you bid?

Proposals are due by 2:00 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT), Tuesday, June 30, 2026. All questions must be submitted electronically to reginald.m.clark.civ@army.mil and david.a.oglesby.civ@army.mil by Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM CDT.
