- The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).
- The period of performance will be a base period of twelve (12) months with four (4) option periods.

- A selection board will be established to evaluate qualified submittals.
- The basis of award will be Best Value Trade Off.
- The selection criteria will include Past Performance, Price, and Management Plan.

- The solicitation will be available on the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://sam.gov.
- Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued.
- Telephone and fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
