The 149th Fighter Wing needs a small business to provide a stationary pressure washing unit for its Texas base.
Key Details
- What exactly do they need? The 149th Fighter Wing needs a stationary pressure washing unit or units to provide water to two separate sprayers. The system should be able to output water at or above 175 degrees F. The two sprayers are on opposite sides of a building that is approximately 100 Ft Wide and 40ft Tall. Plumbing is already present from a previous system and may be able to be used. Both sprayers must have hose reels with at least 100ft of hose. Each system should be able to output at least 3000 PSI and 3.5 GPM to both sprayers simultaneously. Controls for the system should be mounted locally next to or nearby each sprayer. 120V, 277V and 480V electrical power is available on site. 2 PSIG Natural gas is also available on site.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a firm-fixed price contract with a desired installation timeline of 60 days ARO. The notice doesn't say what the contract length is.
- How will they pick the winner? Offers will be evaluated on price and other factors, with installation timeline being equal to price.
