The General Services Administration needs a small business to provide construction services in the Rocky Mountains, including repair/alteration and tenant finish projects for government agencies. The contractor will be responsible for renovation and conversion of buildings, administration of construction contracts, and other services as defined in the contract documents.

The contract will be for one base year with options for four additional years, with a total contract length of five years. The contractor will be expected to compete for traditional IDIQ general contractor duties.

The Government will use the highest technically rated proposal with a fair and reasonable price concept.
