The Navy needs a small business to manufacture 2-inch seamless pipe SCH 160 for the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The pipe must be manufactured in accordance with Attachment 1.

The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a delivery schedule of 50 weeks after receipt of order (ARO). The solicitation will be active from June 12, 2026, to June 26, 2026.
