Law Enforcement Podiums for Buffalo VAMC

Updated Jun 12, 2026 · 15:11 UTC

The VA needs a small business to manufacture and deliver law enforcement podiums for the Buffalo VAMC.

Key Details

  • What exactly do they need? The VA needs two law enforcement podiums: one ballistic-rated and one non-ballistic-rated. The ballistic-rated podium must have bullet-resistant glass barriers, Kevlar panels, and a white Corian work surface. The non-ballistic-rated podium must have a white Corian work surface and a stainless-steel kick plate. Both podiums must have locking cabinets and USB ports.
  • What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a firm-fixed price contract with a period of performance from July 1, 2026, to October 26, 2026. The vendor must deliver the goods within 120 days after receipt of order.
  • How will they pick the winner? The VA will evaluate proposals based on technical compliance, vendor experience and past performance, cost proposal, warranty and support services offered, and price.
  • When and how do you bid? Submit your quote to Barry.Sawyer@va.gov by June 22, 2026, at 8:00 PM ET.

Routine commodity buy — low-effort bid, modest payoff.
