info
This is a Sources Sought notice.

The agency is gauging market interest. No bid is being requested yet — submitting a capabilities statement may put you on the radar for the eventual solicitation.

The IRS needs a small business to provide access to a real estate database for market research.

Key Details

The IRS wants to find a small business that can provide access to a real estate database with nationwide current and historical market transactions. This is for market research purposes only.

What exactly do they need? The IRS needs a database with real-time access to nationwide current and historical real estate market transactions.

What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a Sources Sought notice, not a request for proposal. The IRS will use this to determine the availability of contractors capable of meeting their minimum requirements.

How will they pick the winner? The IRS will evaluate responses based on the contractor's capability to provide access to the real estate database.

When and how do you bid? Responses should be submitted in writing to Neil Belden and Joyce Derry by 12:00 pm EST on 06/04/2026.
