The cameras must be portable, handheld, and have a detection range of at least 2 feet to 350 feet. The cameras must have a frame rate of at least 25 frames per second, a minimum 3x digital zoom, and a resolution of at least 5 MP. The cameras must include a grayscale mode and have a minimum display resolution of 1280x800. They must also have a minimum storage capacity of 32 GB and be able to transfer data through USB-C. The cameras must be able to measure acoustic levels in a range of 15 to 110 dB SPL at different frequencies and display the dB scale. They must also include rechargeable/compatible Li-ion batteries and an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manual for the unit. The cameras must be delivered fully assembled.
