The Air Force needs a small business to provide officiating services for adult sports. The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform sports officiating and scorekeeping as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- What's the contract structure and timeline?
This will be a requirements-type IDIQ contract with an ordering period of 5 years. The contract will be evaluated using tradeoff procedures, resulting in the best value to the Government.
- How will they pick the winner?
The Government will evaluate offerors based on technical acceptability, past performance, and price. Technical approaches will be evaluated by government subject matter experts, and past performance will be assessed based on the level of confidence the Government has in the offeror's ability to perform the requirements.
