- What exactly do they need? The Air Force Reserve Command needs a comprehensive, turnkey, non-personal services solution for aeromedical case management support, including management, personnel, operational oversight, and other resources necessary to execute high-volume medical case processing, accurate data entry into DoD/Air Force medical systems of record, program administration, and unit-level customer support for approximately 70,000 Air Force Reserve personnel.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract is a 12-month base period with four subsequent option periods, and the contractor must provide a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) for one month of continuous support.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government intends to evaluate quotations and make award without negotiations, based on the best and final quotation submitted.
- When and how do you bid? Interested Offerors shall submit quotations in accordance with the attached SF1449, and questions must be submitted electronically via email to the Contracting Officer at bianncia.glay@us.af.mil no later than Friday, 31 July 2026 by close of business.
