- What exactly do they need? The Air Force needs a small business to provide 10 pounds of BDNPA/F plasticizer for use in energetic material formulation development. The plasticizer must meet all specification requirements in the Minimum Requirements Document dated 20 May 2026.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item issued by the AFRL/RIZ, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
