The Army needs a small business to supply and install air conditioning units at a combat communications squadron in Puerto Rico.

- What exactly do they need? The Army needs two 5-ton air conditioning units and one 4-ton unit installed at Building 3 of the Punta Salinas Radar Site, Toa Baja ANG Base, Puerto Rico. The work includes replacing an existing 8-ton condensing unit and ensuring adequate temperature and humidity control in the affected areas.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract is a firm-fixed-price contract with a period of performance of 60 calendar days after receipt of contract. The completion time is 60 days, and the contract includes inspection and punch lists.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government will award a contract to the responsible Offeror whose quote is found to be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
