The VA needs a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to repair the A wing facade at the Albany VAMC in Albany, NY. The scope of work includes repairing/replacing brick parapets and associated drainage, selective roof repair, removing/reinstalling lightning protection cabling, repairing/ replacing roof equipment and supports, repointing brick and stone, replacing joint and window sealant, repairing/replacing stone panels, coping, lintels, etc., repairing spalled and/or cracked concrete, cleaning and painting steel elements, replacing masonry anchors, cleaning the building face, removing asbestos-containing material, replacing windows, repairing interior walls, and installing flooring.
