The services include pickup once per week, Wednesday in the AM, and Thursday in the afternoon. The contractor will need to provide armored vehicles with security features, GPS tracking, and maintenance plans. The contractor will also need to provide background checks and security clearances for staff, as well as a staffing plan and standard operating procedures.
