The Army needs a small business to provide logistical support services for various Army bases. The services include plans and operations, materiel maintenance, installation supply and services, and transportation support. The contractor will work with the Army to provide support for the Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) program.

The services include plans and operations, materiel maintenance, installation supply and services, and transportation support.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with a period of performance of one year, with options for additional years. The estimated release date of the BOA RFP is August 10, 2026, and the closing date for the receipt of proposals will be identified in the RFP.
- How will they pick the winner? The Army will evaluate proposals based on the technical acceptability of the offeror's proposal, as well as the offeror's past performance and experience.
- When and how do you bid? The BOA RFP will be issued electronically, and contractors are advised to periodically review SAM (SAM.gov) to obtain any amendments that may be issued.
