- What exactly do they need? The Mississippi Army National Guard needs a small business to install audio visual equipment at Camp Shelby, MS. This includes commercial-grade A/V equipment such as digital displays, cameras, speakers, and other hardware. The contractor must securely mount all displays, cameras, and speakers, run and terminate all power, signal, and data cables, configure AV equipment, program control interfaces, and conduct comprehensive testing of all components and full system.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items with a firm fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government. The target completion date is 45 days after award of contract.
