- The Army needs 2 fully automated blood testing machines that can produce accurate results in 12 minutes or less, require only 0.1cc of blood, and test for various electrolytes, lipids, and panels.
- The machines must be self-calibrating, have a color touch screen, and produce test result printouts directly from the machine.
- They must weigh no more than 13 lbs, not exceed dimensions of 8 inches x 7 inches x 13 inches, and operate between 59-90°F (15-32°C).
- What's the contract structure and timeline?
- The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
- The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 07 July 2026, 4:00PM Eastern Time.

- The award will be made in accordance with the Addendum to the solicitation.
- The Government intends to evaluate quotes and make an award without discussions.
