What exactly do they need?
The contractor shall provide labor, tools, supplies, equipment, management, and transportation necessary to inspect, maintain, and repair all automatic doors specified in the Automatic Door List found at Technical Exhibit 3 of the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
What's the contract structure and timeline?
The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract to the offeror responsible whose proposal conforms to the solicitation requirements and is determined to be the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with the evaluation procedures outlined in the Addendum.
How will they pick the winner?
The evaluation will be based on the proposal's technical acceptability and price.

Heads up — easy to miss
- There will be a Site Visit held on 01 June 2026 10:00 AM-11:30 AM (EST) at ANC Welcome Center. Contractors will need to limit the number of vehicles to one per vendor to limit the interference with cemetery daily operations.
