The work includes building envelope repairs such as re-coating exterior walls, replace joint caulking, metal roof and flashing repairs, EPDM roof replacement, cast-in-place concrete crack repair, masonry wall repairs, exterior door replacement, and incidental related work. Work is to take place at three different buildings. Location: Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Naval Station Newport, Newport, RI.
