- What exactly do they need? The Navy needs a Woman-Owned small business to rent a 1000KW diesel generator for a month. The vendor shall provide rental of one (1) 1000KW diesel generator and deliver and pick-up at the government facility at the time and date coordinated with the Government Technical Point of Contact (GTPOC).
- What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a firm fixed price award. The intended period of performance is 15 July 2026 through 12 August 2026.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate the total offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all line items. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussions with offerors.
- When and how do you bid? Quotes are due prior to 0500 PM EST, 8 July 2026. Submit complete electronic documents early and confirm successful transmission/receipt to stephanie.m.brass.civ@us.navy.mil and stephanie.l.neale.civ@us.navy.mil.
