- What exactly do they need? The Department of Veterans Affairs needs a balance system for its Columbia VAMC facility. The system should include a Berteck Balance Advantage Computerized Dynamic Posturography IVR System, clinical education, and a perturbations module.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a firm-fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded without discussions, and the Government reserves the right to make no award. The contract will be completed in its entirety, and signed and dated, failure to do so will not be considered for award.

The technical capability will be evaluated to the extent to which the offer can meet and/or exceed the Government's requirements. Quotes shall not be hand carried, faxed, or accepted via email with attachments larger than 4MB. The Government reserves the right to make the award solely on initial Quotes received.
