What exactly do they need?

The Navy needs a small business to provide base operation support services for several Marine Corps installations in South Carolina and Georgia. This includes facility investment, pest control, electrical, and base support vehicle and equipment services. The contractor will provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment necessary to provide these services.

What's the contract structure and timeline?

The contract will be a performance-based service acquisition made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is advantageous to the government price and other evaluation factors considered. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with six one-year option periods, and one six-month period, not to exceed sixty-six months.

How will they pick the winner?

The government will use tradeoff analysis in accordance with FAR Part 15 to select the best value offeror. The evaluation factors will include price, management approach, corporate experience, safety, and past performance.

When and how do you bid?

The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be made available in electronic format only on SAM.gov on or about May 18, 2026. The estimated proposal due date will be at least 30 days after the RFP is posted. Offers shall be submitted for the performance of work for a period of one year, with the option to extend the term of the contract services for additional periods of one to twelve months.
