The Department of Defense needs a small business to provide base operations support services at Fort Leonard Wood and Lake of the Ozarks Army Recreation Area. This includes maintenance and service of mechanical, electrical, heating, air conditioning, mass notification systems, operation and service of utility plants and water treatment systems. The potential awardee/contractor shall ensure that all work meets critical reliability rates or tolerances specified in the quality assurance surveillance plan when performing the BASOPS functional areas including but not limited to work management, utility plants/systems, road work, and grounds maintenance.
