The USDA needs a small business to perform comprehensive bird surveys at the Red Slough Wildlife Management Area of the Ouachita National Forest, Oklahoma. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the surveys. Expertise in identifying, by sight and sound, all bird species occurring in Southeast Oklahoma is required. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, not exceeding five years.
