The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers needs a small business to replace the existing bridge at Bonneville Lock and Dam.
Key Details
- What exactly do they need? The Army Corps of Engineers needs a contractor to replace the existing bridge at Bonneville Lock and Dam with a new fixed bridge on a new alignment. The new bridge will be a single-span steel girder bridge with a concrete deck, and will provide an under clearance that is larger than is currently present under the existing bridge.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The solicitation will be an Invitation for Bid (IFB), and the contract will be a single fixed-price contract. The project is estimated to cost between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00.
- How will they pick the winner? The award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible, and responsive offeror.
- When and how do you bid? The solicitation will be posted on SAM.GOV website once it is issued, and the tentative date for receipt of proposals is in August 2026.
