The Navy needs a small business to provide standard commercial supplies and services for boxes and packaging.

Key Details

What exactly do they need? The Navy wants to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with companies that provide standard commercial supplies and services for boxes and packaging. Interested companies must provide a cover sheet with their official company name, cage code, and point of contact, as well as documentation addressing their capabilities and expertise. They must also return a price list, if applicable.

What's the contract structure and timeline? The Navy will award BPAs on a 6-month rotation through June 2029. Interested vendors should provide documentation and references to the contracting officer by email no later than 30 April for a June award, or by 31 October for a December award.

How will they pick the winner? The Navy will evaluate past performance based on customer satisfaction, timeliness, technical success, program management, and quality. They will also consider additional references if available.

When and how do you bid? Interested vendors should submit their documentation and references by email to the contracting officer. The government will review and award BPAs on a 6-month rotation.

Routine commodity buy — low-effort bid, modest payoff.

Who can apply

  • Any certified small business may apply.

Heads up — easy to miss

  • Vendors who are found to have technical and past performance merit will be issued a Master BPA to be able to bid on future requirements.
