How will they pick the winner? The Navy will evaluate the Past Performance of the vendors based on Customer Satisfaction, Timeliness, Technical Success, Program Management, and Quality.
When and how do you bid? Interested vendors should provide a minimum of three Past Performance References and an active account in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) or credit card as a method of payment. The deadline for submission is not specified, but interested vendors should provide documentation and references by email to Barbara.j.grinder.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 31 December for a February award or 30 June for an August award.
