• What exactly do they need? The Army needs a small business to build heavy-duty caging units for its facilities. The units must be made of 14-gauge welded steel, have a locking system, and be capable of providing adequate ventilation. The dimensions of each unit are 27 inches wide, 36 inches deep, and 80 inches high. The finish must be a durable powder-coat finish or the manufacturer's standard equivalent.
