- What exactly do they need? The Air Force needs a small business to replace the carpet in Building 308 at Laughlin AFB with Aero Jetstream or Sky Dusk - Kinetic Collection carpet from Static Smart. The carpet company, style, and price of carpet, adhesive material, and labor must be specified. The quote must also include the commercial and government entity (CAGE) code for System for Award Management (SAM).
- What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) with a contract structure of Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate quotes based on price and technical acceptability.
