- What exactly do they need? The Ohio Army National Guard needs a small business to provide catered meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for multiple training events at Camp James A. Garfield, Ohio. The total requirement consists of approximately 3,020 meals across three separate events. These events are combined and issued as a single solicitation, and the Government intends to make one award to a single contractor for the entire requirement.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 722320 (Caterers), with a size standard of $9,000,000.00. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order. Award will be made on a best value basis in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- How will they pick the winner? The basis of award will be 1) Past Experience 2) Past Performance 3) Price.
- When and how do you bid? Quotes shall be submitted via email only and must be received no later than 4:00 PM (Eastern Time), 10 July 2026, to brett.a.fruth.civ@army.mil. Late submissions may not be considered.
