The Air Force needs a small business to coordinate Catholic religious education programs for its personnel.
Key Details
What exactly do they need? The Air Force needs a small business to coordinate Catholic religious education programs for its personnel, including training catechists and preparing youth and adult catechetical programs. The contractor will work with the Catholic Priest and Chaplain Corps Volunteer Program Manager to execute the program.
What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and options. The contract will run for 52 weeks, with the option to extend for up to 26 weeks. The Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the Contracting Officer before commencement of any activities.
How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate quotes based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). The technical evaluation will consider the offeror's past experience in Catholic religious education programs, and the price realism evaluation will determine if the proposed prices are realistic for the work to be performed.
When and how do you bid? Quotes must be received by 4 Jun 2026 at 10:00 AM Mountain Standard Time (MST). Forward responses by email to shane.yurkus@us.af.mil and amber.wiltanger@us.af.mil.
