C-A NATIVE CONSTRUCTORS INC, 4000 E Harris RD, Muskogee, Oklahoma 74403-2303. The Government evaluated the proposal in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation. Discussions were not conducted for this procurement. The Government determined C-A NATIVE CONSTRUCTORS INC provided the best benefit to the Government considering price, past performance, and technical approach IAW 52.212-2 Evaluation Factors.
