This project will replace multiple distributed generators with a single, state-of-the-art, medium voltage power generation and distribution facility designed for resilience, security, and operational efficiency. The project will support the current facility and future campus expansion of up to 150,000 additional square feet.

The contract type is Firm Fixed, with an estimated duration of 730 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The project includes final inspection and cleanup of the premises.

The government will award the contract using the Best Value Source Selection Process in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15.

The solicitation package with project specifications and drawings will be available for download on or about June 15, 2026. The proposal due date is on or about July 24, 2026. Interested offerors are highly encouraged to attend an organized site visit, which will be scheduled and announced at the time of solicitation issuance.
