The contract will be awarded to the responsible Quoter(s) whose quote conforms to the requirements and is determined to provide the best value to the Government. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order or a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Government Purchase Card transaction.
How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate the Quoter's proposed price to ensure it is fair and reasonable. The Government will also evaluate the Quoter's past performance on a Go/No-Go basis. The assessment will be based on the following criteria: Timeliness of Deliveries and Order Accuracy and Completeness.
