- What exactly do they need? The National Park Service needs a small business to repair and paint the Chancellorsville Battlefield Water Tower in Virginia. The scope includes removing rust, pitting, scale, and sediment from the exterior and interior of the water tank, and installing a new tower ladder and cable type safety system.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a single firm fixed price contract with a period of performance of approximately 90 days after Notice to Proceed. Mobilization to site is anticipated to begin sometime after September 1, 2026.

- When and how do you bid? The solicitation will be available electronically through SAM.gov on or after July 13, 2026. Proposals must be submitted through SAM.gov.
