The Air Force needs a small business to provide IT services for a chapel, including setting up and testing audio/visual equipment, managing the live audio mix, and operating cameras for the Facebook Live stream. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in live audio mixing and video streaming and be able to work independently in a dynamic environment.

What's the contract structure and timeline?

The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for a base year of 12 months with 3 12-month option years. The Government intends to award one contract to the responsible Offeror whose quotation represents the Best Value to the Government.

How will they pick the winner?

The Government will evaluate quotations based on Best Value to the Government.
