The Navy needs a small business to supply various chemicals for research and development.

The Navy wants to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with small businesses to supply various chemicals for research and development. The chemicals listed in Attachment 1 are just a sample, and the actual requirements may vary for each BPA Call.

  • What exactly do they need? The Navy needs a small business to supply various chemicals for research and development, including but not limited to those listed in Attachment 1.
  • What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a maximum value of $15,000 per individual purchase. The BPA will be awarded to small businesses that are capable of providing the required chemicals.
  • How will they pick the winner? The Government will review the capability statements and determine which vendors are eligible to receive a signed agreement.
  • When and how do you bid? Interested parties should submit their responses to this combined synopsis/solicitation within the next 60 days. Vendors will be added on a rolling basis throughout the lifetime of the BPA commodities program.
