The Coast Guard needs a small business to supply circuit card assemblies for its vessels.
Key Details
- What exactly do they need? The Coast Guard needs circuit card assemblies for its vessels. The assemblies must be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E and marked with a bar-coded symbol. The units are not programmed and will need to be programmed by the vessel or assist personnel at the time of installation.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, and the Coast Guard intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. The contract will be awarded on an all-or-none basis to a responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the government.
- How will they pick the winner? The winner will be selected based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
- When and how do you bid? Quotations are being requested via email to Eric.I.Goldstein@uscg.mil. The closing date and time for receipt of quote is 5/21/26 at 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. The offeror must submit the following information on their quote: a completed copy of the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (November 2020) with Alternate I, and a valid DUNS number and registration in SAM.gov.
Who can apply
- Must be a certified small business
- Has experience with electronic components and assemblies
