This includes design services, investigation services, planning services, and project programming. The services will involve site development, water and sewer utilities, storm water, pavements, foundations, concrete, masonry, and steel structures.
What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a multi-year IDIQ contract with a fixed ordering period of 5 years from award. The Air Force will issue task orders to the selected contractor, and the contractor will not receive a task order award of over $2,000,000.00. The total amount of task order awards will not exceed $4,000,000.00.
How will they pick the winner? The Air Force will evaluate the firms based on their professional/educational qualifications, specialized experience, professional capacity, and past performance. The evaluation will also consider the firm's location in the general geographical area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project.
When and how do you bid? Firms should submit a Standard Form 330 via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) by 08 June 2026, 2:00 PM, CDT. The SF 330 should include all architectural and engineering disciplines either in-house or by consultant(s).
