- What exactly do they need? The US Army Corps of Engineers Savannah District needs a Firm Fixed Price Contract to renovate green space around a facility at Robins Air Force Base. The project includes renovation of green space around B555, to include site preparation, demolition, new secondary electrical distribution, area lighting, and improved landscaping. The project also includes the installation of memorials honoring the U.S. Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) mission and personnel.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a design-bid-build for Modernization-New Work construction for CMC Greenspace. The project period of performance is 450 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Option 1 may be exercised no later than 120 calendar days after notice to proceed.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate bids based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
- When and how do you bid? The solicitation will be available on the System of Award Management System (SAM) website, https://sam.gov. Bids must be submitted electronically via Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module.
