The Navy needs a small business to provide command-wide shredding services for controlled unclassified information (CUI) that meet the guidelines for multi-step paper destruction. The service must be able to destroy CUI in paper form, and the offeror must provide quantifiable proof that their destruction methods meet the requirements of CUI Notice 2019-03, such as the NAID AAA Certification.
  • What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a firm fixed price contract for the base year and four option years. The Government will evaluate quotes against the attached Statement of Work.
  • How will they pick the winner? The Government will award the contract based on the best value of the government considering pricing, delivery, quality, technical review, and past performance.
  • When and how do you bid? Email quotes to jamell.l.kilgore.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date of 15 July 2026 11am Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes.
