The Air Force needs a small business to provide a commercial data visualization platform for location-based data.

The Air Force needs a commercial data visualization platform for location-based data. The platform must provide access to various open-source data sources, including the GDELT dataset, and support a minimum of 200 queries per user per month. The platform must also allow users to import up to 100 GB of user-controlled data per seat in CSV, KML, and GeoJSON formats. The platform must be able to analyze, join, and geographically map event data from the GDELT dataset. The platform must also provide access to a rolling three (3) years of historical, global AdTech data, providing location and time-stamp reporting for mobile devices.
