- What exactly do they need? The VA Connecticut Healthcare System needs a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to provide preventative maintenance and cleaning services for commercial ice machines. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to provide Commercial Ice Machine Preventative Maintenance and Cleaning IAW the attached (Performance Work Statement).
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract is a firm-fixed price award for a base period of July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, with four annual option years. The contractor shall provide services on a quarterly basis, with bi-annual filter changes and unscheduled cleaning as needed.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government shall award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation shall be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price, Past Performance, and Technical.
- When and how do you bid? Quotes shall be received on or before the date and time specified in Section (xv) of this solicitation. Offerors shall submit their quotes electronically via email to sheena.carlyle@va.gov.
