The Army needs a certified Woman-Owned Small Business to provide commercial recycling services at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. The contractor will collect, transport, and manage recyclables at multiple locations across the base. The contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a single base period and four one-year option periods.

What's the contract structure and timeline?

The contract will be a firm-fixed-price IDIQ with a base period of one year and four one-year option periods. The term of the contract will commence on or about November 1, 2025.

How will they pick the winner?

The evaluation will be based on the best-value tradeoff between price and non-price factors.

When and how do you bid?

The solicitation will be available on the SAM website on or around July 11, 2025. The proposals are due on August 11, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. You must submit your proposal through the SAM website.

  • Must be a certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB)
