The Air Force needs a commercial Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) weather intelligence platform to provide high-resolution weather forecasting, AI-driven predictive modeling, and automated alerts for the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) Area of Responsibility. The contractor must be able to rapidly deploy the service and deliver structured data products to a designated Cross-Domain Solution (CDS) boundary for integration into classified enclaves (including SIPRNet and JWICS) to support mission planning and command and control functions.
