The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, equipment, traffic control, restoration, and professional services necessary to identify, designate, and map underground utility systems across approximately 270 acres.

The contract will be firm-fixed-price, with a duration of eight months. The contractor will perform in sequence, subject to COR approval, and will submit deliverables following completion of each phase.
