The Veterans Affairs Department needs a food service software system that will automate food service operations and nutrition care management for the Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks. The software should be Windows-based, user-friendly, and feature point-and-click functionality and rapid data processing. It must be able to integrate with the VA VISTA system and comply with all IT requirements, including single sign-on capabilities.
What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year plus four additional option years. The period of performance will be from June 8, 2026, to June 8, 2027.
