- What exactly do they need? The Air Force needs a small business to manufacture ComTAC headsets and accessories, including the ComTac VI Headset (Coyote) with 21 GC Downlead, ARIES Dual Comm Push to Talk Assembly, 21 GC Series: PRC-163/RF-9820S/148E Spear Radio Connector with EUD, and 21 GC Series: Night Stalker ICS Cable (HI/Low Impedance).
- What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a firm-fixed price contract with a base year and no options. The contract will last for the duration of the base year, and the Air Force will award the contract to the responsive and responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the solicitation.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate quotes based on price and technical capability. The lowest priced quote will be evaluated for technical acceptability and best value to the Government.
- When and how do you bid? Quotes must be submitted via email no later than 20 July 2026, 12:00pm PDT, and remain valid through 30 September 2026. Quotes must include the following information: Company Name, Company Address, CAGE Code, Small Business Type. Quotes must not exceed 4 pages (including cover page).

- Has done work for the Department of Defense before
