The Army needs a small business to mobilize, emplace, and de-mobilize concrete barriers for the 4th of July event on Schofield Barracks, HI. The contractor shall perform to the standards specified by the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Technical Exhibit (TE1). The contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who in turn is responsible to the Government.
