The project includes reinforced concrete foundations and footings, brick veneer and insulated metal panel exterior walls, load-bearing masonry for the ground floor and structural steel frame for the tower and sloped standing seam metal roof. Functional areas include offices for personnel, training and briefing area, ready/breakroom, simulator room, elevator, mechanical/electrical/communications rooms, storage area, restrooms, and control cab. The new facility will include appropriate power, 750KW backup generator, heating ventilation and air conditioning, fire and lighting protection, and communications systems.
